This is a juried event. Vendors must be a good creative fit for the aesthetic of this event.
Products must be produced with social and environmental compliance. Products should avoid overly saturated trends, and should have a unique point of view and a strong taste level.
Location: Fishtown, Philadelphia (locations vary). Vendor spaces start at 10’x10’ and are $150 (must pay via paypal prior to event). Spaces can not be shared unless approved by the Fishtown Flea team - it is our preference that brands have their own booth to have a strong and consistent visual presence. You must get approval if you are selling another vendors items.
Please use the form to apply - this is the best way to be in contact with us. Due to the high volume of vendor applications we will not send updates - please be on the look out if you receive an approval email - you will then get a series of emails with details about the event. We do our best to curate a well rounded grouping of vendors and we try to space vendors out across the different events to provide a beautiful shopping event for those who attend.
Vendors must be able to set up during the set up window, and cannot break down before the event is over to ensure that it is a safe, and visually inspiring event.
Tents, tables, and chairs NOT included. Vendors are responsible for providing all display and furniture they need for the event. Items are not available to rent at this time.
Information about our sample sales:
Our sample sale series is a quarterly indoor event and is a good fit for designers or local boutiques who have excess inventory of high quality products, that will be marked down 40-90% off. Vendors must bring their own tables/racks/chairs/display items. Spaces our usually 5’x5’ and are $75 to participate.
